Week 49: Christmas

Happy Holidays to you all! I know that our group dwindled as the year went on (I being one of the frontrunning dwindlers) and only a handful of you faithful still remain, but I visit when I can and I have to say that you have all clearly grown into your comfort zones during this year. It’s been a pleasure to watch and it proves to me that as long as you’re picking up your camera on a regular basis then you’re sure to evolve your art. Congratulations to you, the diehards, for staying the course and demonstrating what can be done.

I have always loved Christmas and the magic of the season, but this photo ain’t the magic I love. I’d like to think that the package-laden owners of these cars leave the mall and return to homes where holiday traditions and the sweet smell of freshly baked cookies stir up the real magic.

Merry Christmas! All the best to you and your families for a wonderful holiday!

Now it’s time to go full circle and travel back across the oceans to revisit Lucy’s Christmas in Australia. http://lucyjanephoto.com.au/blog/
